A doctor who found her way back home.
I trained as a medical doctor in Paraguay. Medicine gave me the map of the body: the nervous system, stress, the way pain stays with us long after the moment that caused it.
In the hospital I kept seeing the same thing. So much suffering lives in a body that never gets to rest, and in a mind that never learned to be kind to itself. Nobody teaches us how to look inside.
Then came my own awakening. It showed me what the body was asking for all along: attention, softness, and love. EmaAWAkening is where the doctor and the soul finally meet.
One of my favorite moments of the day is a cup of tea at the perfect temperature. It reminds me: I'm taking care of myself. I'm home. My whole method grows from small moments like that. We learn to notice them, feel them, and come back to them.
I'm still walking this path too. I don't guide you from a pedestal. I guide you as a companion.
Softly. Slowly. Like a friend who happens to know how your body works. I will never rush you, judge you, or ask you to pretend you're okay.
